Professional Life and Practice
Gary K. Daglian is the Founder and CEO of Daglian Law Group – a law firm focusing on helping clients with personal injury, employment, and insurance claims. Mr. Daglian and his team are dedicated to helping clients protect their legal rights while maximizing recovery for them.
Mr. Daglian offers his clients almost 15 years of legal experience and a recovery of over $35,000,000 for injured victims and mistreated employees through 2018. As a former defense attorney, he knows how both sides of the legal process operate. His previous experience working on the defense side of personal injury and insurance cases makes him a knowledgeable resource for his clients.
At the Daglian Law Group, clients can be confident that their case is being handled with skill and dedication. The Daglian Law Group operates most of their cases on a contingency fee basis, which means that Mr. Daglian and his team are personally invested in every case, and they will not charge their client a fee until successful resolution of their matter.
Mr. Daglian is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), and the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA).
Personal Life
Mr. Daglian attended the University of Southern California where he majored both in Economics and Political Science. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with Bachelor of Arts degrees in both majors. He then attended Loyola Law School where he obtained his Juris Doctorate degree. While at Loyola, Mr. Daglian was one of a very few students selected to join the Byrne Trial Advocacy Team, a nationally ranked mock trial program. He was also selected to join the Scott Moot Court Honors Board.
When he is not working with clients, Mr. Daglian enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He enjoys watching sports and cooking, and adventuring with his family.

Professional Life
Rachel Quimby is an Associate Attorney at the Daglian Law Group where she helps clients in all sorts of personal injury cases. Rachel grew up in New Hampshire and then attended the University of Rhode Island where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and a minor in Writing with cum laude distinction. She then attended law school at Southwestern Law School where she obtained her Juris Doctorate. During her time at Southwestern, Rachel was selected as a member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Program, where she competed in national trial competitions.
Rachel states that being an attorney is a lifelong dream. This passion is evident in her practice and her work with clients. Rachel is a member of the Consumer Attorney Association of Los Angeles, the Southwestern Law School Nickel Club, and the American Bar Association.
In her spare time, Rachel enjoys being active, spending time with her friends and her pug, Garol. She also enjoys cooking and relaxing with reality TV.
