Biography

Gary K. Daglian is the founding attorney of the Daglian Law Group, APLC.  Prior to founding his practice, Mr. Daglian worked at a prestigious law firm in Los Angeles, focusing in the areas of personal injury and insurance defense. He brings with him years of experience from the defense side and applies that insight into assisting his current clients.

With over a decade of legal experience, Mr. Daglian advises clients in areas of personal injury, insurance claims, and employment law. His practice focuses on advancing the rights and maximizing the recovery for personal injury victims, consumers who have been mistreated by insurance companies, and employees who have been wronged in the workplace.

He has been rated “excellent” by AVVO and named as one of the top attorneys by various organizations. Mr. Daglian was recognized by Super Lawyers magazine in 2015, and as a Rising Star in 2014 and 2013. He was also bestowed the award of Top Attorneys by Pasadena Magazine in 2012 and 2013.

Education

Law School:
Loyola Law School. Obtained a J.D. in 2004. Graduated in the top 20% of his class. Recipient of the First Honors Award in Trial Advocacy and Legal Writing. Mr. Daglian was also a member of the nationally ranked Byrne Trial Advocacy Team and a “Final Four” member of the Scott Moot Court Honors program.
Undergraduate:
University of Southern California. Obtained a B.A. in Economics and Political Science in 2001. Graduated with magna cum laude distinction.
